7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request an exchange within 7 days.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- All accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be included
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at support@ruvenza.shop with your order details
- Include your full name, phone number, and reason for exchange
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with exchange instructions
- Ship the product back to our address (shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer)
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will ship the replacement
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@ruvenza.shop with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free exchange for damaged/defective items.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear
- Products without original packaging
- Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery
Refund Policy
We currently do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns will be processed as exchanges only.
