We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request an exchange within 7 days.

  2. Include your full name, phone number, and reason for exchange
  3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with exchange instructions
  4. Ship the product back to our address (shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will ship the replacement

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@ruvenza.shop with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free exchange for damaged/defective items.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns will be processed as exchanges only.
